Church Secretary
The position of the Church Secretary is a very special ministry and very important in a church setting. The person in this position is on the front lines of this ministry and is one of the first person(s) the public sees and talks to. She or he is a reflection of the church and should always remember this.
The person selected for this position should be a Christian with general office skills who truly feels "called to Christian service" and who is willing to go "above and beyond" the personal investment in a job that is considered "normal" in the secular world of work.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Primary function is to serve as the church Secretary. This person reports directly to the Pastor. The secretary does word processing, filing, copying, printing, answering the phone and welcoming office visitors, etc., as needed.

Graphics Team
Graphic design jobs in which you work for a church focus on designing visuals for branding, events, and marketing for the ministry on platforms like social media and local billboards. Many churches have a single person for this position, and this may be the same person performing other technology-related tasks for the church. However, some outsource this to external contractors instead. Church graphic design jobs require an understanding of religious symbolism and themes, as well as the ability to produce content in time-sensitive situations. This job also involves adjusting graphics to help meet church goals and modifying content for different groups within the church, such as a band, choir, or children's ministry.

Social Media Manager
You’ll manage social platforms + additional brands as needed. (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok), including ideation, writing, scheduling and posting content. You’ll monitor and interact on all channels, and interpret social analytics. You’ll assist with defining and implementing measurable strategies and campaigns to meet our digital presence objectives. You’ll create and drive social media plans + content calendars, including developing campaigns, managing influencers, and social partnerships for the target audience. You’ll lead weekly brainstorming meetings with other members of the marketing and creative teams. You’ll help oversee community management on all channels, including responding to comments and direct messages. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns. Create a digital marketing plan, social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements. Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

Director Of Children's Ministries
To serve as a staff member within a vibrant congregation, working with a committed staff and gifted lay leadership in order to nurture to children, from birth through 5th grade and their family, in the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Recruit, train and coordinate workers for Children’s Ministry (CM) classes and events, worship services and Chosen programs. Works cooperatively with all staff and volunteers. 2. Provide a warm, friendly and learning environment for children and families. 3. Uses appropriate child development knowledge to best meet the needs of Chosen children in curriculum selection, child discipline, classroom grouping, etc. 4. Communicates the needs of the children’s program to other staff and church leaders as appropriate. Organizes, sets-up and stocks classrooms with necessary supplies. 5. Worship Pastor
The position of worship pastor is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a vision for leading the church in engaging worship. The worship pastor will report to the lead pastor and work together to provide meaningful worship experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a biblical, engaging worship experience for regular weekly services, special events, and outreaches

Oversee and coordinate all worship team members including singers, musicians, and sound/media team.

Recruit, train, and mentor vocalists, musicians, and sound/media team members to provide a visually and acoustically excellent worship experience, including spiritual mentorship

Raise up, develop and empower worship leaders from within the church

Coordinate weekly rehearsals and other gatherings for worship and discipleship

Create a place for the presence of God as a priority; desire the moving of the Holy Spirit during services
QUALIFICATIONS

True worshipper in private as well as public life

Spiritually, relationally, and emotionally healthy

Provide pastoral care for the entire worship arts team at church, including proactive scheduling of one-on-one’s with members

Youth Pastor
We are looking to hire an exemplary youth pastor to lead and guide our church's middle and high school students. The youth pastor will strive to make all students understand the journey of our souls, encourage students who are interested in the knowledge of God, and support them to develop their love for Him and others. You will attend student functions at schools and home school events, grow relationships with the education community, and provide students and their families with biblical counselling.
To be successful in this position, you need to provide students with a place to belong that gives them the courage to be different and resilient to unhealthy peer pressure. Ideal candidates should have a proficient understanding of the challenges young people face and are compassionate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
